Celtic Sea Salt
Glucomannan is a soluble fiber used as a thickener – especially in low carb cooking. It is from the Konjac root. It’s a nice product to have on hand because it has so many different applications. I like to add it to smoothies to turn them into a mousse/ice cream texture. It’s also great for making sauces and salad dressings. Glucomannan continues to thicken as it sits- or when heat is applied. A little goes a LONG way.
